Challenge
To create a book as a collective act of imagination, without predefined structure, hierarchy or aesthetic control.
The challenge was to transform a private narrative into an open, participatory publishing experiment.
Solution
A framework was designed to enable real authorship rather than symbolic participation.
Instead of controlling content, art direction focused on creating rules, structure and visual conditions that allowed multiple voices, styles and narrative paths to coexist.
Design system
A human-led layout system embraced imperfection and contradiction.
Visual identity balances chaos and readability, translating participatory actions into concrete narrative outcomes without editorial dominance.
Outcome
Although the book has not been published, the project stands as a complete conceptual exploration of collective authorship.
It demonstrates free expression, participatory design and readiness to treat failure as part of the creative process.
