I work across two areas: creative direction and design, and public sector transformation. What connects them is the way I approach problems - understanding context, finding structure in complexity and designing solutions that can actually work.
Before moving into design, I spent 10 years at Jagiellonian University in Poland, working on institutional development, teaching quality and complex university-wide initiatives. My work included designing a new organizational model involving 70 employees and developing and coordinating Teaching Quality Week, which grew to more than 100 events in a single week.
I later developed my practice in graphic design and art direction, working across branding, editorial design, visual communication and multidisciplinary creative projects. This added another layer to the same way of thinking: turning complex information and ideas into clear systems and communication.
